Fill the ‘gaps’ in your Marketing

When you work with an agency there’s no personalization. When you work with a single individual, their skillset can be limited. Choose something in the middle and reduce your expenses while increasing your output.

Hire an individual with a team

This means that you will be working with me individually. I interact as your “employee”, with an @company email address, participating in all team meetings, giving me an insight into the culture, values, and organization.

My individual skillset focuses around strategic direction and copywriting – while my team fills in the gaps. I work with a team of graphic designers, web developers, paid ads specialists, and more.

The list to the right should provide you with some more insight, however, for additional questions feel free to contact me below.

pros

If you’re currently employing an individual or outsourcing for graphic design, web development, paid ads – this all can be done by Zero Eight with no additional cost to you.

Working with a few clients at any given time allows me to experiment and learn from successes/failures quickly. Without putting the entire responsibility of those marketing experiments on a single organization. Experiments which are critical to determine what works for your company.
I don’t work with randoms found on a freelancer marketplace website. I have established extensive relationships with all members of my team. Those team members have high levels of experience and skills, for more information please visit our About Us page.

cons

My team and I won’t work in your office everyday. Our preferred method is remote/virtual work. But, I will be there to attend all team huddles and any large company gatherings – as well as in-person meetings as required.

Frequently asked questions:

Personalization. I’ve been invited (and attended) weddings, bachelor parties, and birthdays of my clients. I work with 3-4 clients at any given time and I truly consider myself to be an “employee” in every sense (without the legal ramifications). Agencies tend to ignore personalization and are unable to connect with the business at their core values. Being unable to understand the business the full extent leaves it open for misinterpretation in marketing (see case study for example of how this can go wrong). Agencies inflate their data to make themselves look good without focusing on the most important metric – revenue growth.

I understand this is a preference of traditional workplaces. And that decision is entirely yours. However, I believe that with technology, we can communicate remotely with ease, and our focus is on the results we deliver. How can you be assured that the W-2 employee is being productive in the office (or remote) for the entirety of their 40 hours? I’m charging based on results and output, not time spent at a desk.

Yes, I do. As I mentioned above, I work with 3-4 clients at any given time (any more and I would be unable to deliver on my promise of personalization). As also mentioned above, this allows me to experiment and learn faster. Experiments that your company will benefit from.
